Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the vehicle. Support the vehicle with safety stands. Refer to Section 0A.

    2. Object Number: 13759 Size: SH
  2. Open the radiator drain cock. Drain the coolant from the radiator to a level below the coolant level indicator module. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  3. Lower the vehicle.
  4. Remove the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement in Engine Electrical.

    5. Object Number: 11682 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector at the module.
  6. Remove the coolant level indicator module from the radiator.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 11682 Size: SH
  1. Install the module to the radiator.
    2. 1.1. Apply lubricant to the o-ring.
    1.2. Align the coolant indicator module to the module port in the radiator.
    1.3. Press the module probe into the radiator module port housing until the retainer spring snaps onto the port flange.
  2. Connect the electrical connector at the module.
  3. Install the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement in Engine Electrical.
  4. Refill the engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
