Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the vehicle. Support the vehicle. Refer to General Vehicle Lifting and Jacking in General Information.
  2. Remove the oil pan and the gasket.
  3. Remove the oil pan filter and the seal.

    4. Object Number: 104242 Size: SH
  4. Remove the reverse oil pipe.

    5. Object Number: 104244 Size: SH
  5. Remove the back-up ring seal.
  6. Remove the reverse pipe to case O-ring.

    7. Object Number: 104247 Size: SH
  7. Remove the low and reverse cup plug assembly. Use the screw extractor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 104247 Size: SH
  1. Install the low and reverse cup plug assembly.

    2. Object Number: 104244 Size: SH
  2. Install the reverse pipe to case O-ring.
  3. Install the new back up ring seal.

    4. Object Number: 104242 Size: SH
  4. Install the reverse the oil pipe.
  5. Install the oil pan filter and the seal.
  6. Install the oil pan and the gasket.
  7. Lower the vehicle.
  8. Check the oil level.
