Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel (IP) compartment door. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Door Replacement .
  2. Remove the IP latch. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Door Latch Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 740273 Size: SH
  3. Remove the IP lock cylinder by depressing the tumbler tabs, while slowly pressing out the lock cylinder from the outer door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 740267 Size: SH
  1. Install the lock cylinder by depressing the tumbler tabs, while slowly pressing in the lock cylinder to the outer door.
  2. Install the IP latch. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Door Latch Replacement .
  3. Install the IP compartment door. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Door Replacement .
