Removal Procedure
  1. Open the sunshade (1).
  2. Close the sunroof glass panel.

    3. Object Number: 282452 Size: MH
  3. Remove the sunroof glass panel screws (2) from the sunroof track.
  4. Remove the sunroof glass panel from the roof opening.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 282452 Size: MH
  1. Install the sunroof glass panel into the roof opening (sunroof logo facing rearward).

    2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Install the sunroof glass panel screws (2) to the sunroof track.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the sunroof glass panel screws to 4 N·m (35 lb in).

  3. Adjust the sunroof glass panel. Refer to Sunroof Window Height and Opening Fit Adjustment
  4. Open and close the sunroof in order to verify the fit of the sunroof glass panel.
