Radiator Support Replacement for Chevrolet Cavalier (CNG) 2002

1. Replace the Radiator Support. Refer to Radiator Support Replacement in Collision Repair in the J Platform Service Manual.
2. Measure and mark the Radiator Support. Refer to View 4 in Form and Pierce Holes Description . Verify all measurements before drilling.
3. Drill the two holes (1, 2) to 13 mm (½ in).
4. Vacuum all metal chips.
5. Treat each hole with zinc-rich primer or the equivalent.
