Was the instrument panel cluster (IPC) system check performed?

Go to Instrument Cluster System Check

1. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. With a scan tool select Instrument panel cluster, special functions, lamp test.
3. Command the High Beam lamp ON.

Does the High Beam lamp turn ON and OFF when commanded?

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Body Control System

Go to Step 3

Check the high beam bulb, if the bulb is OK replace the cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement
