Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the rear door outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  3. Remove the rear door inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  4. Remove the rear door window frame applique. Refer to Rear Door Frame Applique Replacement .
  5. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  6. Remove the rear door side window. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Replacement .
  7. Remove the screw securing the rubber seal strip to the upper window frame.
  8. Remove the rubber seal strip from the upper window frame.

  10. Remove the screws (2, 4) securing the rear door stationary window to the inner door panel.
  11. Remove the bolt (3) securing the rear door stationary window to the inner door panel.
  12. Remove the rear door stationary window (1) from the rear door.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 276424  Size: SH
  1. Install the rear door stationary window (1) to the rear door.
  2. Install the rubber seal strip to the upper window frame.
  3. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  4. Install the stationary window frame screws (2, 4) to the window frame.
  5. Tighten
    Tighten the stationary window screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  6. Install the rear door stationary window to inner door panel bolt (3).
  7. Tighten
    Tighten the rear door stationary window to inner door panel bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  8. Install the rear side door window. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Replacement .
  9. Install the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  10. Install the rear door window frame applique. Refer to Rear Door Frame Applique Replacement .
  11. Install the rear door inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  12. Install the rear door outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  13. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
