Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .

  2. Object Number: 276376  Size: SH
  3. Align the notch in the outside rearview mirror remote control bezel (1) with the tab in the hole at the front of the armrest.
  4. Press on the base of the outside rearview mirror remote control bezel to release the bezel from the door trim panel.

  5. Object Number: 332795  Size: SH
  6. Remove the front door inner panel mirror insulators (3).
  7. Remove the outside rearview mirror nuts (2).
  8. Remove the outside rearview mirror (1) from the front door.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 332795  Size: SH
  1. Position the outside rearview mirror (1) to the front door.
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the outside rearview mirror nuts (2).
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  5. Install the front door inner panel mirror insulators (3).

  6. Object Number: 276376  Size: SH
  7. Align the notch in the outside rearview mirror remote control bezel (1) with the tab in the hole at the front of the armrest.
  8. Press in on the outside rearview mirror remote control bezel (1) to install the bezel to the trim panel.
  9. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
