Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 64027 Size: SH
  1. Remove the radiator upper support. Refer to Radiator Support Replacement .
  2. Raise the vehicle and support. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  3. Disconnect the fan motor electrical connectors.
  4. Remove the electrical connectors and harness from the fan shroud.

    5. Object Number: 339969 Size: SH
  5. Remove the fan shroud:
    6. • Move the fan shroud in a upward direction in order to clear the four retaining tabs on the radiator.
    • Remove the fan shroud from the four retaining tabs on the radiator.
    • Move the fan shroud in a downward direction in order to remove it from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 339969 Size: SH
  1. Install the fan shroud to the four retaining tabs on the radiator.
  2. Install the fan motor electrical connectors.
  3. Install the fan motor electrical connectors and harness to the fan shrouds.
  4. Lower the vehicle.

    5. Object Number: 64027 Size: SH
  5. Install the radiator upper support. Refer to Radiator Support Replacement .
