Radiator Hose Replacement Inlet

Tools Required

J 38185 Spring Hose Clamp Pliers

1. Drain the cooling System. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
2. Remove the radiator support. Refer to Radiator Support Replacement .
3. Remove the radiator inlet hose clamps.
4. Remove the radiator inlet hose.

1. Install the radiator inlet hose.
2. Install the radiator inlet hose clamps.
3. Install the upper radiator support. Refer to Radiator Support Replacement .
4. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .

Radiator Hose Replacement Outlet

Tools Required

1. Drain the cooling System. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
2. Remove the radiator outlet hose clamps.
3. Remove the radiator outlet hose.

1. Install the radiator outlet hose.
2. Install the radiator outlet hose clamps.
3. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
