Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 63818 Size: SH
  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 63831 Size: SH
  2. Remove the outside handle. Refer to Door Outside Handle Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 63792 Size: SH
  3. Remove the retaining clip and the lock cylinder lever.
  4. Remove the spring clip retaining the lock cylinder.
  5. Remove the Lock cylinder and the O-ring seal from the handle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 63792 Size: SH
  1. Install the lock cylinder with the O-ring to handle.
  2. Install the lock cylinder retaining spring clip.
  3. Install the lever and clip to the lock cylinder.

  4. Install the outside handle. Refer to Door Outside Handle Replacement

    5. Object Number: 63819 Size: SH
  5. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
