Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1704518 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the quick connect fitting (1) at the front of dash. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
  2. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement.
  3. Remove the exhaust flow control vacuum check valve (2) and engine compartment vacuum line from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1704518 Size: SH
  1. Install the exhaust flow control vacuum check valve (2) and engine compartment vacuum line to the vehicle.
  2. Install the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement.
  3. Connect the quick connect fitting (1) at the front of dash. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.
