- Remove the right console trim panel. Refer to

- Remove the radio assembly. Refer to
Radio Replacement.
- Remove the instrument panel insulators. Refer to
Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement.
- Remove the instrument panel driver knee bolster assembly. Refer to
Driver Knee Bolster Panel Replacement.
- Remove the automatic transmission control. Refer to
Transmission Control Replacement.

| Instrument Panel Assembly
Procedures
- Note the location and routing of the instrument panel wiring harness prior to removal of the instrument panel assembly in order to ensure proper reinstallation.
- With the aid of an assistant, lift the instrument panel assembly up and off of the upper and lower tie bars and over the steering column.
- Remove the instrument panel assembly from the vehicle.
- When replacing the instrument panel assembly, transfer all necessary components.
