Replacement of Incorrect Wheel Center Caps Installed on Some 2009 Chevrolet Corvette Vehicles

Some customers may comment that the center caps on their Corvette are different than other 2009 Corvettes. At the beginning of the 2009 Corvette production, approximately 87 vehicles (built between VIN 1G1YY36WX95100060 and VIN 1G1YY26W895100746) with the polished wheel option QG7, were produced with the center wheel cap from the 2008 model year.

For owners of the 2009 vehicles built between the above VIN breakpoints that request to have the center caps changed to the revised 2009 cap, General Motors will cover the cost of the replacement under warranty.
