Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1996 🢒 Lumina 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.4L (VIN X) 🢒 Lower Intake Manifold Removal
  1. Remove the upper intake manifold. Refer to Upper Intake Manifold Replacement.
  2. Remove the fuel rail. Refer to Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Replacement.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connection at the temperature sensor.
  4. Remove the heater pipe nut at the throttle body.
  5. Remove the lower intake manifold mounting bolts.

  6. Remove the lower intake manifold.
  7. Remove the lower intake manifold gaskets.
  8. Clean the gasket material from the mating surfaces.
