Bound up pivot pins

1. Clean the affected components.
2. Inspect the affected components.
3. Replace the affected components.

Tight turn signal switch wires

1. Inspect the switch and the wire for correct installation.
2. Replace the components as needed.

Broken or weak tilt spring

1. Inspect the tilt spring.
2. Service the tilt spring as needed.
