  1. Put the transaxle in PARK.
  2. Press the rear compartment lid switch.
  3. Press the RKE transmitter, if equipped.
    • The rear compartment lid releases for the rear compartment lid release switch.
    • The rear compartment lid releases for the RKE transmitter, if equipped.

Rear Compartment Lid Release Inoperative

  1. Move the transaxle out of the PARK position.
  2. Press the rear compartment lid release switch.

The rear compartment remains in the latched position.
