Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 99280 Size: SH
  1. Remove the wiring harness shield.

    2. Object Number: 99149 Size: SH
  2. Remove the engine wiring harness from the torque converter clutch connector.
  3. Remove the case side cover pan. Refer to Control Valve Body Cover Replacement

    4. Object Number: 99149 Size: SH
  4. Remove the solenoid retaining clips.
  5. Remove the electrical connectors and the solenoids.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 99149 Size: SH
  1. Install the electrical connector.
  2. Install the electrical solenoids.
  3. Install the solenoid retaining clips.
  4. Install the case side cover pan. Refer to Control Valve Body Cover Replacement .

    5. Object Number: 99245 Size: SH
  5. Install the engine wiring harness (2) to torque converter clutch connector (1).

    6. Object Number: 99280 Size: SH
  6. Install the harness shield.
  7. Adjust the fluid level.
  8. Inspect for the following:
    9. • Proper completion of repairs
    • Proper fluid level. Refer to Transmission Fluid Check .
    • Fluid leaks. Refer to Fluid Leak Diagnosis and Repair .
