Removal Procedure
- Remove the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
- Pull back the trunk carpeting away from the right and laft side of the rear compartment trim to expose the rear sunroof drain hose outlets. Refer to Rear Compartment Trim Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.
- Pull the outlet out of the quarter panel drain hole.
- Separate the outlet from the rear sunroof drain hose.
- Release the rear sunroof drain hose from the retaining clip along the quarter panel.
- Disconnect the rear sunroof drain hose from the rear sunroof drain port.
- Release the rear sunroof drain hose from the retaining clips along the rear pillar.
- Remove the rear sunroof drain hose through the rear compartment access hole, located between the seat belt retractor and the rear window.
Installation Procedure
- Route the rear sunroof drain hose through the rear compartment access hole.
- Press the drain hose into the retaining clip along the rear pillar.
- Connect the drain hose to the sunroof rear drain port.
- Press the drain hose into the retaining clip along the quarter panel.
- Connect the drain hose to the drain hose outlet.
- Press the drain hose outlet into the quarter panel drain hole.
- Check the drain hose for play.
- Secure the drain hose to the quarter panel or roof with 3M™ double sided tape P/N 6377 or equivalent to prevent rattles.
- Position the rear compartment trim panels back in place.
- Install the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
