1. Turn the ignition switch off.
2. Remove the RADIO-HVAC fuse and the RADIO-CRUISE fuse for one minute, then reinstall the fuses.
3. Turn the ignition switch on.
4. Turn the radio ON.

Does the radio display LOC?
