Tools Required

1. Remove the steering knuckle and the hub as an assembly. Refer to Steering Knuckle Replacement .
2. Use a vise in order to hold the knuckle.
3. Place the J 34866 over 2 wheel studs.
4. Use 2 wheel nuts in order to secure the J 34866 to the wheel studs.
5. Install the J 2619-01 to the J 34866 .
6. Use the J 2619-01 in order to remove the hub from the knuckle.
7. Remove the brake shield. Refer to Front Brake Shield Replacement .
8. Remove the outer snap ring.



9. Remove the wheel bearing with the following tools:

•	J 37105-1  (1)

•	J 37105-2  (2)

•	500-20  (4)

•	J 36661-2  (3)

10. Clean the bore of the knuckle.

1. Install the outer snap ring and press the wheel bearing into place with the following tools:

•	J 37105-1  (4)

•	J 37105-2  (1)

•	500-20  (2)

•	J 36661-2  (3)




2. Install the brake shield. Refer to Front Brake Shield Replacement .
3. Press the wheel hub into place with the following tools:

•	J 37105-3  (4)

•	J 37105-2  (1)

•	500-20  (2)

•	J 36661-2  (3)

4. Install the drive axle into the front wheel hub. Refer to Steering Knuckle Replacement .
