Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 626504 Size: SH
  1. Remove the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister (5). Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel tank pressure sensor .
  3. Disconnect the pressure sensor nipple (3) from the calibrated orifice
  4. Remove the bolt (1).
  5. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor (2) from the EVAP canister.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 238733 Size: SH
  1. Install the fuel tank pressure sensor (2) to the EVAP canister.
  2. Secure the sensor with the bolt (1).
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the fuel tank pressure sensor.
  4. Connect the pressure sensor nipple (3) to the calibrated orifice (2).
  5. Install the EVAP canister (5). Refer to Evaporative Emission Canister Replacement .
