Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 683118 Size: SH
  1. Remove the center console trim bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Remove the 2 screws and pull the HVAC control unit forward.
  3. Disconnect the defogger and air inlet switch electrical connector.
  4. Remove the 2 screws and the defogger and air inlet switch from the HVAC control unit.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 683118 Size: SH
  1. Install the defogger and air inlet switch to the HVAC control unit. Secure with the 2 screws.
  2. Connect the defogger and air inlet switch electrical connector.
  3. Install the HVAC control unit to the instrument panel. Secure with the 2 screws.
  4. Install the center console trim bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
