Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 432045 Size: SH
  1. Remove the IP accessory center trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the cigar lighter rear retainer (3) from the cigar element housing.
  3. Remove the cigar element housing and element from the center trim plate by turning counterclockwise 90 degrees and pushing on the back of the element housing.

    4. Object Number: 432052 Size: SH
  4. Remove the cigar lighter lamp lens (2) from the center trim plate (1), if necessary.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 432052 Size: SH

    Important: The cigar lighter lamp lens will not seat correctly if the grooves on the lens are not lined up with the grooves on the center trim plate.

  1. Install the cigar lighter lamp lens (2) to the center trim plate (1).

    2. Object Number: 432057 Size: SH
  2. Install the cigar lighter housing and element (2) to the cigar lighter lamp lens.

    3. Object Number: 432045 Size: SH
  3. Install the cigar lighter housing rear retainer (3) to the cigar element housing.
  4. Install the IP accessory center trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement .
