DT 46612 (DW09913-76010) Bushing, Seal Installer

1. Insert the differential left side bearing (2).
2. Install the differential left side bearing using the DT 46612  (1) and a hammer.




Important: Coat the inner parts: bearing, washer, shim etc. with gear fluid.

3. Insert the speedometer drive gear (3).
4. Insert the differential right side bearing (2).
5. Install the right side bearing using the DT 46612  (1) and a hammer.



6. Insert the trust adjusting shims to the side gears.
7. Install the side gears (1).
8. Install the pinion gears and washers (2).




Important: Install the pinion gears and washers simultaneously.

9. Insert the pinion gear shaft into the gear pin hole by rotating (2).
10. Press the pinion gear pin using a pin punch and a hammer (1).




Important: Use only new pins.

11. Fix the differential assembly to a vise.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

12. Install differential the ring gear (1) with the bolts (2).

Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 80-100 N·m (59-74 lb ft).

13. Install the differential assembly. Refer to Transmission Assemble .
