Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the endgate from the vehicle. Refer to Endgate Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 903143 Size: SH
  2. Remove the bolts retaining the hinge to the endgate.
  3. Remove the hinge from the endgate.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 903143 Size: SH
  1. Install the hinge to the endgate.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the bolts retaining the hinge to the endgate.

    3. Tighten

    1. Tighten the lower forward bolt (2) to 25 N·m (18.4 lb ft).
    2. Tighten the lower rear bolt (1) to 25 N·m (18.4 lb ft),
  3. Install the endgate to the vehicle. Refer to Endgate Replacement .
