Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the engine control unit (ECU) bracket. Refer to Engine Control Unit Bracket Replacement in Engine Controls - 5.0, 5.7L.
  2. Remove the hydraulic brake booster. Refer to Power Brake Booster Replacement in the Brakes section of the C/K Truck Service Manual.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the hydraulic brake booster. Refer to Power Brake Booster Replacement in the Brakes section of the C/K Truck Service Manual.
  2. Install the engine control unit (ECU) bracket. Refer to Engine Control Unit Bracket Replacement in Engine Controls - 5.0, 5.7L.
