Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the clutch cable. Refer to Clutch Cable Replacement .

  2. Object Number: 200100  Size: SH
  3. Remove the clutch pedal pivot bolt (1).
  4. Remove the clutch pedal (5) from the bracket (2).
  5. Remove the bushings (3) and the spacer (11).
  6. Remove the clutch pedal cover (4).

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 200100  Size: SH
  1. Install the clutch pedal cover (4).
  2. Install the spacer (11) and the bushings (3) into the clutch pedal (5).
  3. • Lubricate the spacer with chassis grease.
    • Do not lubricate the bushings or the pedal shift.
  4. Install the clutch pedal into the bracket.
  5. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  6. Install the clutch pedal pivot bolt (1).
  7. Tighten
    Tighten the clutch pedal pivot bolt to 45 N·m (33 lb ft).

  8. Install the clutch cable. Refer to Clutch Cable Replacement .
  9. Adjust the clutch pedal free travel. Refer to Clutch Assembly Adjustment .
