The hybrid control module (HCM) provides a ground for the PWR MAINT Relay coil circuit. This DTC detects IGN1 relay/Power maintain relay stuck on or off.
• | Ignition state = Run Or Crank |
• | Power maintain relay = On and APM direction = 42 to 14 |
• | Power maintain relay = Off and Ignition state = Off |
• | HCM ignition state = Run Or Crank and Power Mode = Run or Crank and PCM state = Power Off or Extended Power Off. |
• | Power Maintain relay = On and PCM state = Power Off or Extended Power Off |
• | HCM ignition state = Accessory or Off and Power Mode = Accessory or Off and PCM state = Power Off or Extended Power Off. |
• | A last test failed, or current DTC, clears when the diagnostic runs and does not fail. |
• | A history DTC will clear after 40 consecutive warm-up cycles, if no failures are reported by this or any other non-emission related diagnostic. |
