Wheelhouse Panel Replacement Right

Remove the right wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Front End of the C/K Truck Service Manual.

If the right wheelhouse panel is replaced, the new panel must be drilled for the second heater hose clip as follows:

1. Measure and mark the panel as shown.
2. Drill the upper hole (1) to 6.4 mm (3/8 in) diameter.
3. Drill the lower hole (2) to 9.5 mm (1/4 in) diameter.
4. Treat each hole with a zinc-rich primer or equivalent.
5. Install the right wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Front End of the C/K Truck Service Manual.
