- Turn ignition ON, engine OFF.
- Connect a test light (backprobe) from terminal E5 of connector C201C
to ground.
- Move the wiper/washer switch to the MIST and LO positions while
backprobing.
Is the test light on in both positions?

- Disconnect the windshield wiper motor connector.
- Measure the voltage (backprobe) from terminal E8 of connector C201C
to ground using a DMM.
- Move the wiper/washer switch to the MIST and LO positions while
backprobing.
Is the voltage within the specified value in both positions?
