Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module from the steering wheel column. Refer to Steering Wheel Inflator Module Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 245801 Size: SH
  2. Remove the horn plunger from the steering column by turning the plunger counter-clockwise.
  3. Remove the horn contact plate retaining bolts from the steering wheel.
  4. Remove the horn contact assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 245801 Size: SH
  1. Install the horn contact plunger assembly to the vehicle.
  2. Install the horn contact plate retaining bolts to the steering wheel.
  3. Install the horn plunger to the steering column by turning the plunger clockwise.
  4. Install the inflatable restraint steering wheel module to the steering column. Refer to Steering Wheel Inflator Module Replacement .
