Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 4045 Size: SH
  1. Remove the valve rocker arm cover.
    2. • Refer to Valve Rocker Arm Cover Replacement .
    • Refer to Valve Rocker Arm Cover Replacement .
  2. Remove the valve rocker arm nut and the valve rocker arm with the valve rocker arm ball. Refer to Valve Rocker Arm and Push Rod Removal .
  3. Remove the valve pushrods.
  4. Clean and inspect the valve rocker arms and the valve pushrods. Refer to Valve Rocker Arm Cover Clean and Inspect .

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 4047 Size: SH
  1. Install the valve pushrod.
  2. Install the valve rocker arm nut and the valve rocker arm with the valve rocker arm ball. Refer to Valve Rocker Arm and Push Rod Installation .
  3. Install the valve rocker arm cover.
