- Install the rear run channel (1)
to the door.
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners
must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring
replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant
are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or
corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.
These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage
the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when
installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
- Install the bolt (2) in order to retain the rear run channel (1)
to the door.
Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 11 N·m (97 lb in).
- Install the front door window to the door from the outside of the vehicle.
- Install the nuts (3) in order to
retain the front door window to the sash.
Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 11 N·m (97 lb in).
Important: Before raising or lowering the front door window ensure that the front door
window is properly aligned in the rear run channel.
- Lower the front door window.
- Install the front run channel (1) to the door.
- Install the bolt (2) in order to retain the front run channel (1)
to the door.
Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 11 N·m (97 lb in).
- Install the inner window sealing strip. Refer to

- Install the outer window sealing strip. Refer to

- Install the front door water deflector. Refer to

- Install the front door rear garnish. Refer to

- Install the front door trim panel. Refer to
