Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1758476 Size: SH
  1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement.
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
  3. Remove the right front tire.
  4. Remove the splash shield.

    5. Object Number: 1795331 Size: SH
  5. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise to reduce the belt tension.
  6. While holding the tensioner in the reduced tension position, disconnect the belt.

    7. Object Number: 1795334 Size: SH
  7. Remove the engine mount assembly. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side.
  8. Remove the engine mount support bracket retaining bolts.
  9. Remove the engine mount support bracket by moving upward.
  10. Remove the accessory drive belt.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1795334 Size: SH
  1. Position the accessory drive belt.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the engine mount support bracket.

    3. Tighten

        • Tighten the engine mount support bracket mounting upper bolts to 90 N·m (66 lb ft).
        • Tighten the engine mount support bracket mounting lower bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
  3. Install the engine mount assembly. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side.

    4. Object Number: 1795331 Size: SH
  4. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise.
  5. While holding the tensioner in the reduced tension position, install the belt.
  6. Install the splash shield.
  7. Install the right front tire.
  8. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
  9. Install the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement.
