Makes 🢒 Isuzu 🢒 2005 🢒 Isuzu MD F-Series 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 HVAC Module Assembly Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove both of the heater cores. Refer to Heater Core Replacement .
  3. Remove the evaporator. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Core Replacement .
  4. Remove the relay panel mounting screws and move the panel out of the way.
  5. Disconnect the following electrical connectors:
    6. • The blower motor electrical connector
    • The recirculation actuator electrical connector
    • The mode actuator electrical connector
    • The flasher module electrical connector
    • The blower motor resistor electrical connector

  6. Remove the passenger compartment air filter.
  7. Remove the right heater module nuts.
  8. Remove the right heater module from the front cowl.
  9. Remove the relay center number 2 mounting bracket screws and move out of the way.
  10. Remove the left side floor duct support screw from the left side of the heater module.
  11. Disconnect the air temperature actuator connector.
  12. Disconnect the instrument panel harness retainer from the bottom of the left heater module.
  13. Remove the left heater module nuts, screws, and washers.
  14. Remove the left heater module.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 574868 Size: SH
  1. Install the left heater module.
  2. Install the left heater module nuts, screws, and washers.
  3. Connect the instrument panel harness retainer to the bottom of the left heater module.
  4. Connect the evaporator temperature actuator connector.
  5. Install the left side floor duct support screw to the left side of the heater module.
  6. Install the relay center number 2 mounting bracket screws.
  7. Install the right heater module to the front cowl.
  8. Install the right heater module nuts.
  9. Install the passenger compartment air filter.
  10. Connect the following electrical connectors:
    11. • The blower motor electrical connector
    • The recirculation actuator electrical connector
    • The mode actuator electrical connector
    • The flasher module electrical connector
    • The blower motor resistor electrical connector
  11. Position the relay panel and install the mounting screws.
  12. Install the evaporator. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Core Replacement .
  13. Install both of the heater cores. Refer to Heater Core Replacement .
  14. Install the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
