Makes 🢒 Isuzu 🢒 2005 🢒 Isuzu MD F-Series 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Mode Door Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the left half of the HVAC module from the vehicle. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
  3. Remove the heater module clips.
  4. Separate the heater module case.
  5. Remove the mode actuator. Refer to Mode Actuator Replacement in HVAC Systems - Manual.

    6. Object Number: 687779 Size: SH
  6. Remove the mode door (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 687779 Size: SH
  1. Install the mode door (1).
  2. Assemble the HVAC module case.
  3. Install the mode actuator. Refer to Mode Actuator Replacement in HVAC Systems - Manual.
  4. Assemble the HVAC module case.
  5. Install the heater module clips.
  6. Install the left half of the HVAC module to the vehicle. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
  7. Install the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
