Makes 🢒 Isuzu 🢒 2002 🢒 Isuzu T-Series (Truck Line C) 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Heater/Vent Module Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Remove the right heater core. Refer to Heater Core Replacement .
  3. Remove the upper air temperature sensor connectors screw.
  4. Remove the left heater core. Refer to Heater Core Replacement .
  5. Disconnect the upper air temperature sensor connector electrical connectors.
  6. Remove the upper air temperature sensor connectors.
  7. Remove the air conditioning evaporator. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Core Replacement .
  8. Disconnect the blower motor resistor electrical connectors.
  9. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connectors.
  10. Remove the heater vent module nuts.

  11. Remove the right heater vent module.

    12. Object Number: 229929 Size: SH
  12. Remove the left heater vent module.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 229929 Size: SH
  1. Install the left heater vent module.

    2. Object Number: 229927 Size: SH
  2. Install the right heater vent module.
  3. Install the heater vent module nuts.
  4. Install the blower motor electrical connectors.
  5. Install the blower motor resistor electrical connectors.
  6. Install the air conditioning evaporator. Refer to Air Conditioning Evaporator Core Replacement .
  7. Install the upper air temperature sensor connectors.
  8. Connect the upper air temperature sensor connectors electrical connectors.
  9. Install the upper air temperature sensor connectors screw.
  10. Install the heater cores. Refer to Heater Core Replacement .
  11. Install the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
