Makes 🢒 Isuzu 🢒 2002 🢒 Isuzu T-Series (Truck Line C) 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Recirculation Door Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Remove the right heater module from the vehicle. Refer to Heater/Vent Module Replacement .
  3. Remove the blower housing screws.
  4. Remove the recirculation actuator. Refer to Recirculation Actuator Replacement .
  5. Remove the evaporator cover from the blower module case.
  6. Separate the blower module case.

    7. Object Number: 687778 Size: SH
  7. Remove the recirculation doors (1, 2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 687778 Size: SH
  1. Install the recirculation doors (1, 2).
  2. Assemble the blower module case.
  3. Install the evaporator cover to the blower module case.
  4. Install the recirculation actuator. Refer to Recirculation Actuator Replacement .
  5. Install the blower housing screws.
  6. Install the right heater module to the vehicle. Refer to Heater/Vent Module Replacement .
  7. Install the instrument panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
