Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel accessory trim plate.

    2. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.


    Object Number: 297201 Size: SH
  2. Remove the control assembly screws.
  3. Remove the control assembly from the instrument panel.

    4. Object Number: 281492 Size: SH
  4. Remove the vacuum connectors (1), as necessary.

    5. Object Number: 281491 Size: SH
  5. Remove the electrical connectors, as necessary.
  6. Remove the control assembly bulb from the control assembly.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the control assembly bulb to the control assembly.

    2. Object Number: 281491 Size: SH
  2. Install the electrical connectors, as necessary.

    3. Object Number: 281492 Size: SH
  3. Install the vacuum connectors (1), as necessary.

    4. Object Number: 297201 Size: SH
  4. Install the control assembly into the instrument panel.
  5. Install the control assembly screws.
  6. Install the instrument panel accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.
