Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front bucket seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
  2. Remove the lumbar support knob, If equipped. Refer to Front Seat Lumbar Support Replacement .
  3. Remove the power seat switch bezel, if equipped. Refer to Power Seat Switch Replacement .
  4. Remove the seat back recliner handle. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Recliner Handle Replacement .

  5. Disconnect the J-hook retainer from the rear sides of the seat frame.

    6. Object Number: 740561 Size: SH
  6. Disconnect the J-hook retainer from the sides of the seat frame.

    7. Object Number: 740574 Size: SH
  7. Disconnect the J-hook retainer from the front of the seat frame.

    8. Object Number: 740630 Size: SH
  8. Disconnect the J-hook retainer from the rear of the seat frame.

    9. Object Number: 740575 Size: SH
  9. Pull the rear J-hook retainer flap of the cushion cover forward and between the seat back and cushion.

    10. Object Number: 740577 Size: SH
  10. Disconnect hook and loop strips retaining the cushion cover to the cushion.
  11. Remove the cushion cover from the cushion.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 740577 Size: SH
  1. Position the cushion cover to the cushion.

    2. Object Number: 740575 Size: SH
  2. Pull the rear J-hook retainer flap of the cushion cover rearward and between the seat back and cushion.

    3. Object Number: 740630 Size: SH
  3. Connect the J-hook retainer to the rear of the seat frame.

    4. Object Number: 740574 Size: SH
  4. Connect the J-hook retainer to the front of the seat frame.

    5. Object Number: 740561 Size: SH
  5. Connect the J-hook retainer to the side of the seat frame.

    6. Object Number: 740588 Size: SH
  6. Connect the J-hook retainer to the rear side of the seat frame.

    7. Object Number: 740609 Size: SH
  7. Connect hook and loop strips retaining the cushion cover to the cushion, pressing into place until fully seated.
  8. Install the lumbar support knob, If equipped. Refer to Front Seat Lumbar Support Replacement .
  9. Install the power seat switch bezel, if equipped. Refer to Power Seat Switch Replacement .
  10. Install the seat back recliner handle. Refer to Driver Seat and Passenger Seat Recliner Handle Replacement .
  11. Install the front bucket seat. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
