Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the rear axle assembly. Refer to Rear Axle Replacement.
2. Remove the clutch pipes. Refer to Limited Slip Differential Clutch Pipe Replacement.

Differential Clutch Fastener (Qty: 6)

Warning: The hydraulic pressure in the differential clutch is very high. To prevent personal injury, wait for at least 10 minutes before removing any parts from the differential clutch.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Procedure

Remove the electrical connection.

Tighten
30 N·m(22 lb ft)
