Driver or Passenger Seat Cushion Frame Replacement Aztek

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 627162 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .
  2. Remove the front seat adjuster. Refer to Front Seat Adjuster Replacement .
  3. Remove the front seat back from the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .

    4. Important: Remove the front seat cushion cover and the cushion as one piece.

  4. Remove the front seat cushion cover from the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .
  5. Remove the front seat cushion from the front seat frame. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .
  6. Disconnect all required wiring harnesses from the front seat cushion frame.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 627162 Size: SH
  1. Connect all required wiring harnesses to the front seat cushion frame.
  2. Install the front seat cushion to the front seat cushion frame. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .
  3. Install the front seat cushion cover to the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .
  4. Install the front seat adjuster. Refer to Front Seat Adjuster Replacement .
  5. Install the front seat back to the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  6. Install the front bucket seat to the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .

Driver or Passenger Seat Cushion Frame Replacement Rendezvous

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 627162 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .
  2. Remove the front seat adjuster. Refer to Front Seat Adjuster Replacement .
  3. Remove the front seat back from the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .

    4. Important: Remove the front seat cushion cover and the cushion as one piece.

  4. Remove the front seat cushion cover from the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .
  5. Remove the front seat cushion from the front seat frame. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .
  6. Disconnect all required wiring harnesses from the front seat cushion frame.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 627162 Size: SH
  1. Connect all required wiring harnesses to the front seat cushion frame.
  2. Install the front seat cushion to the front seat cushion frame. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Replacement .
  3. Install the front seat cushion cover to the front seat cushion. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .
  4. Install the front seat adjuster. Refer to Front Seat Adjuster Replacement .
  5. Install the front seat back to the front seat. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
  6. Install the front bucket seat to the vehicle. Refer to Bucket Seat Replacement .

    7. Caution: To avoid personal injuries, re-zero the passenger presence system whenever you remove or replace the seat cushion or trim. Failure to do so may cause the system to malfunction.

  7. Re-zero the passenger presence system. Refer to Passenger Presence System Rezeroing in SIR.
