Makes 🢒 Pontiac 🢒 2002 🢒 Bonneville 🢒 HVAC 🢒 HVAC Systems - Automatic 🢒 Inside Air Temperature Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the cluster trim plate bezel . Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Remove the knee bolster . Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

    3. Object Number: 422259 Size: SH
  3. Pull the inside air temperature sensor out from the instrument panel and remove from the aspirator hose.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the sensor.

Installation Procedure
  1. Connect the electrical connector to the inside air temperature sensor.
  2. Install the inside air temperature sensor to the aspirator hose.

    3. Object Number: 422259 Size: SH
  3. Install the sensor into the instrument panel.
  4. Install the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  5. Install the cluster trim plate bezel. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
