Wheel Speed Sensor Replacement Rear With Out Traction Control

1. Remove the wheel speed sensor connector.
2. Clean all dirt and debris from sensor housing/sensor interface area.
3. Remove the Wheel Speed Sensor bolt (3).
4. Remove the Wheel Speed Sensor (4).

1. Install the Wheel Speed Sensor (4).
2. Install the Wheel Speed Sensor mounting bolt (3).

Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb.in)

3. Install the wheel speed sensor connector.

Wheel Speed Sensor Replacement Rear With Traction Control

1. Remove the wheel speed sensor connector (2).
2. Clean all dirt and debris from sensor housing/sensor interface area.
3. Remove the Wheel Speed Sensor attaching bolt.
4. Remove the Wheel Speed Sensor (1).

1. Install the Wheel Speed Sensor (1).
2. Install the Wheel Speed Sensor attaching bolt.

Tighten
Tighten the bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb.in)

3. Install the wheel speed sensor connector (2).

Wheel Speed Sensor Replacement Front

1. Refer to Front Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement in Front Suspension.
2. After the replacement procedure is complete refer to Diagnostic System Check - ABS .
