Removal Procedure
- Insert a dime between the 2 halves of the transmitter case. A slot is provided for this purpose, near the key ring (6) hole.
- Twist the dime in order to open the case.
- Remove the battery.
Installation Procedure
- Install the new 3-volt CR2032 battery (2) or equivalent.
- Ensure that the seal of the case is properly positioned.
- Align the 2 halves of the case.
- Close the case.
- Verify that the transmitter operates properly.
Important: Install the battery with the positive (+) side down.
If the transmitter does not operate properly, you may need to resynchronize the transmitter. Refer to Transmitter Synchronization .
