Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the grille. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the hood latch. Refer to Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement .
  3. Remove the headlamp assemblies from the headlamp and grille mounting support. Refer to Headlamp Assembly Replacement in Lighting Systems.

    4. Object Number: 384066 Size: SH
  4. Remove the bolts (2) from the headlamp and grille mounting support.
  5. Remove the headlamp and grille mounting support (3).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 384066 Size: SH
  1. Install the headlamp and grille mounting support (3).

    2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  2. Install the bolts (2) to the headlamp and grille mounting support.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  3. Install the headlamp assemblies to the headlamp and grille mounting support. Refer to Headlamp Assembly Replacement in Lighting Systems.
  4. Install the hood latch. Refer to Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Replacement .
  5. Install the grille. Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .
