Removal Procedure
  1. Open and support the door.
  2. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  3. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Remove the rear door inside handle. Refer to Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  5. Remove the rear door window regulator. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Regulator Replacement .
  6. Remove the rear door energy absorber. Refer to Rear Door Energy Absorber Pad Replacement .
  7. Remove the rear door outside handle. Refer to Rear Side Door Outside Handle Replacement .
  8. Remove the rear door lock. Refer to Door Lock Replacement .
  9. Remove the rear door window. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Replacement .
  10. Remove the rear door stationary window. Refer to Rear Side Door Stationary Window Replacement .
  11. Remove the rear door reveal molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Reveal Molding Replacement .
  12. Remove the rear door rubber condiuit. Refer to Rear Side Door Conduit Replacement .
  13. Remove the rear door electrical harness.

  14. Remove the rear door check link. Refer to Door Check Link Replacement .
  15. Remove the rear door hinges (3). Refer to Rear Side Door Hinge Replacement .
  16. Remove the rear door from the body.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 736499 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear door hinges (3). Refer to Rear Side Door Hinge Replacement .
  2. Install the rear door check link. Refer to Door Check Link Replacement .
  3. Install the rear door electrical harness.
  4. Install the rear door rubber condiuit. Refer to Rear Side Door Conduit Replacement .
  5. Install the rear door reveal molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Reveal Molding Replacement .
  6. Install the rear door stationary window. Refer to Rear Side Door Stationary Window Replacement .
  7. Install the rear door window. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Replacement .
  8. Install the rear door lock. Refer to Door Lock Replacement .
  9. Install the rear door outside handle. Refer to Rear Side Door Outside Handle Replacement .
  10. Install the rear door energy absorber. Refer to Rear Door Energy Absorber Pad Replacement .
  11. Install the rear door window regulator. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Regulator Replacement .
  12. Install the rear door inside handle. Refer to Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  13. Install the rear door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  14. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  15. Inspect the rear door for proper alignment.
