Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 622761 Size: SH
  1. Remove the throttle body air inlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.1L.
  2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  3. Remove the throttle body inlet hose clamp and the hose (3) from the coolant pipe.
  4. Remove the throttle body inlet hose clamp and the hose (3) from the throttle body and the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 622761 Size: SH
  1. Install the throttle body inlet hose (3) and the hose clamp to the throttle body.
  2. Install the throttle body inlet hose (3) and the hose clamp to the coolant pipe.
  3. Install the throttle body air inlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement in Engine Controls - 3.1L.
  4. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  5. Inspect for leaks.
