Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the left side IP insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

    2. Object Number: 319440 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the cruise control release switch.
  3. Pull outward in order to remove the cruise control release switch from the retainer in the brake pedal bracket.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 319440 Size: SH
  1. Push inward in order to install the cruise control release switch to the retainer in the brake pedal bracket.
  2. Connect the electrical connector into the cruise control release switch.
  3. Adjust the cruise control release switch and stop lamp switch. Refer to Torque Converter Clutch/Cruise Control Release Switch Adjustment .
  4. Install the left side IP insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
